Join the community where neurodivergent founders connect, share, and grow together

Welcome to a special corner of the digital world: a cozy community designed just for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and their supporters. This is a place where creative minds, especially those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and similar profiles - can exchange experiences, learn from each other, and grow personally and professionally.

The Neurospicy Founders Community

Our neurodivergent founders community is intentionally capped at 200 members to maintain an intimate, high-trust environment. By staying a private founder community rather than a massive forum, we ensure everyone feels heard, supported, and safe. Members can even choose to participate anonymously, allowing them to openly discuss sensitive challenges or celebrate personal wins without fear of judgment. In this judgment-free space, neurodivergent founders and allies can truly be themselves, knowing they’re among others who just “get it.”

Right now, the private community is invite-only. The reason for this is simple—I want to ensure it's an exceptionally valuable experience for everyone involved. This means carefully curating the shared experiences, a responsibility I take very seriously.

We’re kicking things off online, but this will grow into a global hybrid community—with local groups in key startup cities and occasional retreats to meet in real life.

Who this is for

This space is for:

  • Entrepreneurs who identify as neurodivergent—diagnosed or not

  • Allies who want to better understand and support this perspective (for example for their neurodivergent employees)

We do not require, nor do we wish to verify, any diagnosis, as our community is open to both diagnosed and undiagnosed individuals. We include supportive friends, family, and colleagues in our space to foster greater understanding and inclusion. Everyone in our community shares a commitment to learning from neurodiverse perspectives. We trust you to decide if this space is right for you.

However, we do verify that all members of the private community are founders and are actively building a business.
This is important to ensure relevance in the conversations and value in the peer exchange.

Surround yourself with like-minded founders

Neurospicy Founders exists to foster a community where being “neurospicy” is seen as an asset, not a liability. Our mission is to offer a safer, anonymous space where neurodivergent entrepreneurs and allies can support one another, share honest experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. We believe that no founder should feel alone or misunderstood because their brain works differently.

At Neurospicy Founders, we recognize that having a “neurospicy” mind often means possessing extraordinary strengths – creative thinking, hyperfocus, resilience, pattern recognition – that drive innovation. We also acknowledge the flip side: traditional business environments and growing operational demands can be overwhelming for those who think differently. Our community bridges that gap by celebrating the advantages of neurodiversity while providing practical support and understanding to overcome the challenges. We champion a vision of neurodiversity in entrepreneurship where founders can leverage their unique traits as superpowers, while also learning strategies to manage the tougher parts of the journey.

Why I build this community (and my commitment to you)

I’m Boris—founder of SOFT and Neurospicy Founders.
I spent seven years in exec roles helping a company public at the age of 34, and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 37. That gave me language and clarity I didn’t have before.

When opening up to close friends who also run their companies, it came as a surprise how many shared similar experiences. Some had received a late diagnosis, others had kind of forgotten about one from childhood. It made me realise how common this is—and how rarely it’s talked about openly.

The need for this support is clear. Studies suggest that neurodivergent minds gravitate toward entrepreneurship – nearly one in three entrepreneurs has ADHD. Other research points to higher rates of autism, dyslexia, and related neurodivergencies among founders. These minds often bring exceptional qualities to entrepreneurship: creativity, resilience, pattern recognition, and intense focus. These strengths can drive innovation and lead to highly successful businesses.

Many build companies that scale rapidly—creating real value for customers, employees, and investors. But as responsibility grows, the founder’s original role may no longer fit how they work best. Without the right support, this mismatch can lead to breakdowns at a personal or organisational level.

Some founders find systems that work for them—and thrive. Others never do, facing ongoing difficulty, exhaustion, and self-doubt. The line between visionary success and unsustainable struggle is often thin.

Neurodivergent founders often carry not only their own challenges but the weight of the people who depend on them—teams, clients, families. That makes their ability to thrive not just a personal matter, but a multiplying force for others.

This community exists to support that reality.
To help founders stay grounded, supported, and connected—so their strengths can keep working for them, not against them.

Two ways to get involved

We offer multiple ways to engage and find support.

1. Free Newsletter

A weekly email with founder stories, tools, and reflections on business and life with a neurodivergent mind. It’s a good way to stay informed—and to see if the community is a fit for you.

2. Private Community (Paid)

For those seeking deeper involvement, our paid membership grants access to a private Slack community where founders exchange advice daily, crowdsource solutions, and cheer each other on through every milestone. Inside, you’ll find a wealth of shared knowledge — from productivity hacks tailored for ADHD entrepreneurs to mental health resources — all curated for the neurodivergent entrepreneur’s journey. Our community also hosts virtual events and candid discussions on topics like managing ADHD in leadership, leveraging neurodiverse strengths in a startup, and coping with burnout, giving members direct access to expert tips and peer wisdom.
