Hi, I’m Boris.

For many years I worked in executive roles in the design industry and was part of the journey of taking a company public in my mid-30s. Only later, at the age of 37, I was diagnosed with ADHD. That experience gave me language and clarity for patterns I had felt for a long time but never fully understood.

When I began to speak more openly with other founders, I noticed something striking. Many had similar stories. Late diagnoses. Forgotten childhood labels. Or simply the sense of always operating a little differently from the environments around them.

Over time it became clear to me that entrepreneurship and neurodivergence are often closely connected. Building companies attracts people who think differently, see patterns others miss, question assumptions and are willing to follow ideas with unusual intensity. These qualities can be powerful drivers of innovation and growth.

At the same time, the entrepreneurial path can also amplify pressure. As companies scale, founders are expected to take on roles that do not always align with how their minds work best. Without the right support or environment, this can lead to exhaustion, isolation or a growing sense of misalignment.

Many founders carry responsibility not only for themselves but also for teams, customers, investors and families. Their ability to function well has a multiplying effect on the lives of others.

Neurospicy Founders was created from this realisation.

In many ways, it is the kind of space I wish had existed earlier in my own journey. A place where founders and builders can speak openly about how they think and work. Where experiences can be shared without the need to mask or explain first. Where different ways of building companies are seen as strengths rather than problems to be fixed.

Neurospicy Founders is a private, global, founder-led and thoughtfully curated community.Neurospicy. For founders and builders who want to grow meaningful companies while also learning how to design their work and their lives in a more sustainable way.

It is also a space for allies who want to better understand and support neurodivergent ways of thinking and leading.

Below is a short video where I share more about why this community exists.
